Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN or supervisor in the ENT Department. You will collect data, participate in patient assessment, and contribute to care planning in a team-based environment.

The role requires strong communication and flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs, with hours typically Monday–Friday. LPN licensure and BLS are required, with prior EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical nursing program or passed LPN boards.
• One year LPN experience within last five years preferred.
• ENT, Tracheostomy and Peds experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients under supervision of RN or supervisor.
• Collaborate with health care team and follow patient care plans.
• Maintain documentation and communicate patient needs effectively.
