OhioHealth Clinical Nurse Manager - ENT Doctors unit is seeking a seasoned nursing leader to guide the delivery of evidence-based patient care. You will partner with the multidisciplinary team to oversee nursing practice and unit operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, RN license in Ohio, BLS, and 2–3 years of nursing with leadership experience. It is a day-shift, on-site position with governance responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required and RN licensure in Ohio.
• BLS certification required.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience in related areas.
• Previous leadership experience (precepting, charge role, mentoring).
• Ability to use computer applications in area of responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of evidence-based practice by nursing staff.
• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate unit's nursing care.
• Coordinate staffing and daily schedules for patient care needs.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Contribute to Shared Governance and hospital committees.
