OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead nursing staff in delivering evidence-based patient care within a designated unit. The role provides leadership, staffing coordination, and clinical management aligned with the Nursing Philosophy, mission, and goals of OhioHealth.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, staffing plans, staff development, and participation in quality improvement initiatives, with an emphasis on safety, teamwork, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsabilités

• 50% Patient Care: Assists the Manager with delivery of nursing care, ensures nursing process documentation, and supports quality improvement across the unit.
• 25% Operations and Personnel Management: Maintains daily unit operations, assists in staffing plans, and supports recruitment and staff development.
• 15% Professional Development and Leadership: Leads collaborative practice with medical staff, supports education, and participates in shared governance.
• 10% Research and Evidence-Based Practice: Encourages staff involvement in nursing evaluative research and evidence-based practice at the unit level.
