Job summary

SENTA Partners seeks a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our ENT and Allergy clinics in Gainesville and Braselton. The APP will perform case management, follow-up care, and patient communication under physician supervision, treating upper respiratory, allergy, asthma, and dermatologic conditions.

This full-time role emphasizes collaborative care, evidence-based plans, and patient-centered communication, with opportunities for CEUs and a supportive MSO environment coordinating

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with prescriptive authority.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and manage ENT/allergy conditions.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging as needed.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians on complex cases.
• Support care coordination across clinic sites in Gainesville and Braselton.
