Job summary

Atlanta Allergy & Allergy Clinic (AAA), an affiliate of SENTA Partners, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver high-quality patient care in ENT and Allergy clinics across Georgia. You will manage case workups, follow-ups, and care plans under moderate supervision, collaborating with physicians on complex cases.

The role supports Kennestone and Austell offices, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA-C licensure in Georgia.
• Certification through an accredited NP/PA program.
• Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, preferably ENT or Allergy.
• Strong clinical skills focused on patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with EHR and basic computer applications.
• APP must provide care for all age demographics.
• Eligible for hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Perform focused head/neck/ears/nose/throat/chest/skin exams.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and document care.
• Provide clinical assessments and differential diagnoses for ENT and allergy.
• Prescribe medications within prescriptive authority.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, radiology, CTs, audiograms).
• Assist in managing immunotherapy reactions with physician backup.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians for complex cases.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage from home with backup.
