Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides dedicated on-site clinical coverage at the Crown Point, Indiana clinic, holding independent ENT and otology clinics.
• Supports head and neck cancer program in Hyde Park, coordinating post-treatment care.
• Works with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, testing, treatment, and direct care for ENT/otology patients.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests and interprets results.
• Performs therapeutic procedures and prescribes therapy with physician approval.
• Develops diagnostic strategies and patient education programs.
