Job summary

System One is seeking an Enrollment Technician I in Owings Mills, Maryland for a contract role. The position offers a hybrid work model (onsite and remote) with 40 hours per week and a training window 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Primary duties include processing enrollment applications, entering and maintaining member data in enrollment systems, verifying statuses, handling changes and terminations, reconciling data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy across Facets, PEGA, Outlook

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations environment (Enrollment, Member Services, Claims, Billing)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail
• Typing speed 40+ words per minute
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Must provide and use personal equipment for the assignment
• Education: GED, High School diploma; Associate degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Process member enrollment applications and transactions

40 hours per week. During Training: approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After training: Flexible start time between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM (must pick one and maintain throughout the assignment)

Responsibilities

• Process member enrollment applications and transactions
• Enter and maintain member demographic and healthcare information within enrollment systems
