Job summary

System One is seeking an Enrollment Specialist in Tulsa, OK for a contract assignment operating onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will process enrollment applications, maintain eligibility records, and handle correspondence. You must have healthcare admin experience and be detail-oriented.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience in a healthcare organization, insurance company, or medical group preferred.
• Experience with healthcare enrollment, eligibility, insurance, or medical office administration is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
