Job summary

University of Miami seeks an Asst. VP, Enrollment Management Systems to direct the university's enrollment management technology strategy and to lead enterprise software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in enrollment management or enterprise systems.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations and IT governance.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Slate CRM) and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, configure, and implement enterprise software to support admissions and enrollment operations.
• Develop long-term enrollment systems strategies across multiple schools.
• Lead Slate CRM configuration, adoption, and scalability.
• Partner with University IT to align architecture with security standards.
• Oversee analytics dashboards, reporting, and predictive modeling for enrollment planning.
• Mentor and develop a team of technical staff and project managers.
