The Assoc. VP, Financial Assistance and Employment serves as a strategic leader within Enrollment Management, guiding the university's financial assistance programs across undergraduate, graduate, law, and medical academic levels. The incumbent collaborates closely with the Vice President of Enrollment Management and senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that attract, fund, and retain students to and through the University of Miami. This role oversees financial aid processing, disbursement, counseling, athletic scholarships, tuition remission, and student employment initiatives while managing budgets impacting total aid and institutional funds. Additionally, the position maintains independent decision-making authority to ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational alignment across all aid programs.
