Job summary

Randstad USA in Columbia, TN is seeking Enrollment Support Specialists to join a well-established health insurance company. This on-site role requires prior customer service experience and accuracy with data entry in a fast-paced environment.

You will organize and index medical records, enter data into the document management system, and generate correspondence at least 90 letters per day. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, with a first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and room for growth within Enrollment

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service or enrollment support.
• Experience in health insurance environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize work to maintain turnaround time.
• Open and review medical records via fax server or emails.
• Enter medical records into the document management system.
• Index records with identifiers to match health applications.
• Proofread and transpose data into letter templates.
• Create/write at least 90 letters per day.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leaders.
• Work overtime as needed.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. We are seeking Enrollment Support Specialists to join a well-established health insurance company, local to Columbia, TN! Do you have previous exceptional customer service experience? Do you work well in a fast paced setting? Are you speedy and accurate with data entry? Could you see yourself supporting the operations of a dynamic sales team in the health insurance industry?

salary: $16 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

The Enrollment Support Specialist is responsible for the entry and indexing of medical records received and for transposing information into a letter template. This person will:

• Organize and prioritize work in order to maintain turnaround time
• Be able to communicate effectively and work well with co-workers
• Achieve productivity and quality guidelines set by Enrollment Leadership
• Open and review medical records received via medical fax server or Enrollment forms email inbox
• Enter medical records into the document management system
• Index medical records received, with appropriate identifiers, to match with health application
• Proofread and evaluate data provided by an Enrollment Associate and professionally transpose data into letter template(s)
• Analyze and identify errors such as spelling, capitalization, punctuation, grammar and make necessary corrections with assistance
• Create/write at least 90 letters per day
• Consistently develop career path advancement goals and meet themannually
• Work overtime as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned
