Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and prioritize incoming medical records.
• Open and evaluate documents received through fax servers and email inboxes.
• Enter and index medical records into the document management system.
• Match records with appropriate health applications using identifiers.
• Proofread enrollment information and transpose data into letter templates.
• Create and process a minimum of 90 letters per day.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
