Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking an organized enrollment management assistant to support admissions and registrar operations. You will handle transcript requests, verify education, update transfer credits in Empower, and manage communications with students and employers.

Responsibilities include course creation in Empower, student registration, tracking progress, maintaining rosters, and preparing NCLEX paperwork after program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transcript requests.
• Verify education for employers/organisations.
• Update transfer credits in Empower.
• Send group emails as necessary.
• Create courses/clinical sections in Empower.
• Register students for courses and clinical sections.
• Track student progress; maintain rosters.
• Maintain records for students who failed or are on LOA.
• Process NCLEX paperwork after program completion.
• Assist with career fairs, guest speakers, graduations, and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with graduates and network with potential employers.
