Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System seeks a detail‑oriented enrollment management coordinator to support Admissions and Registrar operations in New York. You will process transcripts, advise applicants, manage course enrollments in Empower, coordinate onboarding, and assist with events such as Career Fairs and graduations.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and experience with social media/marketing to engage prospective students and graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• Two or more years experience.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transcript requests.
• Verify students/graduates education for employers and agencies.
• Update transfer credits and prerequisites in Empower.
• Send group emails as necessary.
• Create courses/clinical sections in Empower.
• Register students for courses and clinical sections.
• Track students progress within the program and maintain rosters.
• Maintain a track of students that have failed or are on LOA.
• Process NCLEX paperwork after program completion.
• Assist with Career Fairs, guest speakers, graduations and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with graduates and network with potential employers.
