Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, text, and walk-ins.
• Guide students through enrollment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate student records in the management system.
• Schedule orientations, testing, interviews, and class start dates.
• Assist with tuition collections and payment documentation.
• Provide front office support and customer service to students and staff.
