Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects and initiatives including developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, conducting research, producing reports and recommendations.
• Evaluate grant opportunities and prepare proposals to secure funding for priorities; ensure post-award reporting.
• Serve as divisional project manager for division-wide initiatives related to enrollment and student affairs.
• Provide guidance to leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
