Carnegie Mellon University’s CMU Online unit seeks a strategic enrollment leader to oversee strategy, systems, recruiting, and enrollment for online graduate programs.

You will manage a team, own enrollment-related Slate functionality, and report on performance. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable processes to support current and future growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years leading recruiting strategy at a university; 10-12 years preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Higher Education or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in higher education admissions, marketing or recruiting preferred.
• Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Direct enrollment strategy and recruiting for online graduate programs to meet goals and align with CMU standards.
• Lead a team of three recruiting specialists and establish performance expectations.
• Own Slate CRM and enrollment workflows, forms, automation, and reporting.
• Maintain documentation for enrollment strategies, processes and reports; ensure data integrity.
