Job summary

Shoreline Community College in Shoreline, WA seeks a Dean of Enrollment & Access who provides visionary leadership for student support, outreach, and enrollment services. The Dean is the chief enrollment strategist and leads strategic enrollment planning to grow enrollment, improve student success, and close equity gaps.

Reporting to the VP of Student Affairs, the role oversees Outreach, Admissions, Orientation, Registrar, Financial Aid, Advising & Running Start, Career Center and Welcome Desk

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with higher education policies and enrollment lifecycle coordination.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Enrollment Planning and equity-focused enrollment management.
• Set enrollment goals and equity targets for historically underserved groups.
• Oversee Outreach, Admissions, Orientation, Registrar, Financial Aid, Advising, Run Start, Career Center, and Welcome Desks.
• Collaborate with College leaders to align enrollment strategies with the Strategic Plan.
• Ensure inclusive onboarding and wraparound student support services.
