Job summary

The Athenian School is seeking an Associate Director of Admission to advance enrollment through relationship-building, full-cycle applicant management, and data-informed strategy. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, this role partners across the School to deliver an engaging, mission-aligned admissions experience.

The Associate Director serves as a primary contact for prospective families, guiding them through admissions and financial aid processes with clarity and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, enrollment, education, or related field.
• Commitment to equitable admissions practices and using data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and lead campus tours for prospective families.
• Represent The Athenian School at events and feeder-school outreach efforts.
• Manage a portfolio from inquiry to enrollment, including application review and communications.
• Track admissions data across funnel and generate reports to inform recruitment strategies.
• Support planning and execution of admissions events and the Student Ambassador Program.
