GT Independence, LLC is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to guide individuals through the enrollment process in Portland, OR, coordinating with families and guardians and ensuring accurate documentation.

You will support process improvements, maintain HIPAA compliance, and engage community partners to expand access to services and enrollment opportunities.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.

• Pay or shift range: $24 USD to $26 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
