Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment professional to guide individuals through the enrollment process with their support networks. You will verify documents and coordinate with families and guardians to ensure timely, accurate intake.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with community partners to expand access to services. 1 year of related experience or relevant education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
