Point Break Financial in Las Vegas, NV is hiring Enrollment Specialists to convert inbound leads into paying clients. No cold calling; you will consult with clients and enroll them in debt-relief programs, using CRM tools to manage the pipeline.

This in-office role offers a base pay and uncapped commissions with earnings potential well over six figures for top performers. Expect paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of consultative sales experience.
• At least one year in financial services sales (preferred).
• CRM experience and basic tech proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
• Ability to reliably commute to Las Vegas, NV; in-office role 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with warm leads.
• Consult with prospective clients to evaluate financial situations and offer options.
• Enroll clients in suitable debt-relief programs.
• Use CRM tools to manage the pipeline and follow-up opportunities.
• Contribute to a high-energy, goal-driven team environment.
