Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking Call-In/On-Call Enrollment Specialist III professionals to represent the organization on-site at open enrollment and related events in California. This role involves presenting Kaiser Permanente products and benefits, educating employees and prospective members, and collaborating with account teams to drive successful enrollments.

Events are short and conducted in various service areas; travel and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related degree AND two (2) years of experience in marketing, business development, managing B2B relationships, or a directly related field OR minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing, business development, managing B2B relationships, or a directly related field.
Two (2) years of experience in health insurance industry preferred.
Two (2) years of experience in health plan enrollment or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

Educate employees, members, and prospects about Kaiser Permanente products and benefits at open enrollment events.
Deliver engaging presentations and answer questions to drive positive enrollment experiences.
Attend employer, community, and enrollment events on an on-call basis to educate and inform attendees.
Monitor enrollment performance data and assist with reporting and coordination across teams.
