Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage government payer enrollment for new individual providers and groups/locations, ensuring timely processing and re-verification. You will gather essential data and maintain accurate provider records across networks.

You will coordinate with Medical Staff Administration and network development staff, submit applications to Medicare/Medicaid, and ensure compliance with government payer obligations at state and federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in non-commercial payer enrollment.
• CPCS or PESC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Completes the government payer enrollment process for new providers and groups/locations within timeframes.
• Obtains information for government payer applications from providers and existing records.
• Performs maintenance updates and re-verification for providers and groups/locations.
• Maintains and updates data for providers and groups/locations (names, offices, demographics).
• Populates internal/external databases reflecting government payer participation.
• Submits enrollment applications to state Medicare/Medicaid programs prior to Credentials Committee meetings.
• Submits enrollment applications prior to opening or acquiring groups/locations.
