Sage Truck Driving School is seeking an Administrative Enrollment Specialist to join our team. You will handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, interview prospective students, and guide them through enrollment.

Responsibilities include assessing DOT eligibility, explaining financing options, conducting campus tours, and maintaining accurate student records in our management system. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Comply with enrollment-related laws and policies.
• Receive inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls/emails to prospective students; schedule appointments.
• Assess and interview prospective students to determine needs and goals.
• Assess DOT eligibility and driving record for employment in transportation.
• Develop referrals and personal leads; conduct campus tours.
• Explain payment options including third party financing, in-house financing, and grants.
• Enroll eligible students and prepare enrollment paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain student files, transcripts, and graduation certificates.
• Manage accounts receivable/payables and assist monthly reconciliations.
