Overview

Manages and coordinates the enrollment application procedures for the Medicare product line. Ensures internal controls of enrollment process and compliance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rules and regulations. Provides analytical support to program staff for sales and enrollment data. Serves as the plan expert in Medicare enrollment. Works under general direction.

What You Will Do

1. Monitor enrollment files and perform daily reviews of success and failure reports for various enrollment sources, ensuring compliance with CMS and plan policies.
2. Review and process new Medicare enrollment requests, resolve data discrepancies, and follow up with applicants.
3. Handle plan change requests and coordinate with TPA for processing.
4. Generate and review reports on sales and enrollment data, and communicate issues to management.
5. Prepare daily and periodic reports for financial planning and reconciliation.
6. Monitor PCP selection to ensure network compliance and coordinate member transfers as needed.
7. Send timely acknowledgment to applicants and update enrollment systems accordingly.
8. Support sales staff with enrollment eligibility and application inquiries.
9. Produce statistical and compliance reports regularly.
10. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum two years of enrollment and customer service experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of CMS enrollment requirements and membership processing
• Self-motivated with effective communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

Pay Range

USD $25.46 - USD $31.86 per hour
