The annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $44,000.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $40,000-$44,000.

Position Description

Reimagine Education, LLC is seeking an innovative Enrollment Specialist who will play a critical role in the Student Support department. This position has primary responsibility for providing the highest level of customer service and support through effective and efficient communications and enrollment processing. These include, but are not limited to, all state and school policies and procedures about Student Services. This person will value accuracy and confidentiality and will have the ability to work well under pressure while handling multiple tasks. The successful candidate will display a keen attention to detail, possess a variety of complex computer skills, critical thinking skills, and a keen sense of having strong organizational skills for a complex and ever-changing environment. Able to develop strong, trusting, and nurturing conversations with the students and parents/guardians of MIPS. This position will report directly to the Enrollment Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with potential students and current students, parents/guardians
  • Communicate with families about their student’s status of enrollment status in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining Lead calls and continuing a 24-hour turnaround goal
  • Implement efforts to secure complete and accurate student records such as: Immunizations, Vision and Hearing, Proof of residency, Report card and/or Transcript, Birth Certificates, and/or proper placeholder for the ISD, Custody documents, Foster Care or McKinney-Vento forms, and their MSDS report.
  • Assist with pupil accounting audits and state reporting when applicable
  • Work with students to find travel to the labs.
  • Assist the marketing team with planning and preparing events at the labs.
  • Communicate with school administrators and parents using video, email, text messaging, and phone
  • Support the Student/customer-first service module
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Carry out other duties and obligations that are determined to facilitate the school’s mission, goals, standards, and Education Program
  • Employee must honor written Board Policies and Administrative Regulations
  • Employee must be able to stand for a minimum of 30 minutes at a time
  • Employee must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • Employee must be able to move throughout the Learning Lab
  • Employee must be able to work from a designated Learning Lab as scheduled
  • Employee must be able to sit in a chair for long intervals
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent, minimum high school diploma
  • Three (3) years of related experience
  • Experience in a school setting (preferred)
  • Must develop genuine and positive relationships with students/families/staff
  • Ability to maximize technology for effective communication with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once in an effective manner
  • Works well with a team
  • Very strong customer service skills and a strong communicator
  • Maintain a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Face challenges with a focus on creating a better educational model for our students
  • Be a self-starter and an independent thinker
  • Technological skills, computer knowledge, and ability to rapidly adapt to new technology (Chrome, Google, etc.)
