Job summary

Ultimate Staffing's client, a leading education organization, is seeking enthusiastic Enrollment Specialists to join its remote enrollments team. You will support enrollment through phone, live chat, email, and social channels, handling enrollment assistance, billing support, and issue resolution with outbound calling experience essential.

This contract runs through the end of the year, paying $19 per hour.

Our client, a leading education organization, is seeking enthusiastic, thoughtful, and highly motivated problem solvers to join its new enrollments team. This team is passionate about creating innovative customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Enrollment Specialists provide support through phone, live chat, email, and social media channels. Responsibilities include enrollment assistance, billing support, issue resolution, and helping clients access backup support when unexpected needs arise. Must have outbound calling experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $19/hour

Contract Duration: Through the end of the year
