Responsibilities

• Understand and uphold college mission and regulations
• Assist at One Stop Shop counter (Floyd Campus)
• Help students with FAFSA, verifications, scholarships, Charger Portal, billing, and related tasks
• Post campus event flyers and advertisements
• Support document management (shredding, scanning, filing)
• Participate in mandatory trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned
