Job summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management, the Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting prospective students for all University of South Carolina College of Social Work academic programs through outreach, relationship building, lead management, and enrollment support activities.

The position promotes social work education and works collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve the College of Social Work's enrollment objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Experience with lead generation and enrollment management.
• Knowledge of marketing, social media, and public relations is a plus.
• Proficient with database programs/applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students for all USC College of Social Work programs through outreach and relationship building.
• Manage leads and support enrollment activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet enrollment objectives.
• Travel to colleges and attend conferences to promote programs.
