Job summary

University of South Carolina in Columbia seeks a Program Coordinator to recruit prospective students for all College of Social Work programs. The role focuses on outreach, lead management, and enrollment support, collaborating with internal and external partners to meet enrollment objectives.

Under supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management, the coordinator promotes social work education and coordinates with various stakeholders to optimize the enrollment pipeline.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2+ years of job related experience.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work with 2 years related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of and interest in marketing, social media, public relations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads for all College of Social Work academic programs; build rapport with faculty, administrators, employers, and community partners.
• Leverage CRMs and other tech resources to maximize leads; enter data, correspond with leads, and track interactions.
• Develop and assess annual workplan, including recruitment and marketing strategies and materials.
• Assist in admission application review processes; read, score, and manage readers.
• Collaborate with admissions team to provide stellar service to prospective and current students.
