Job summary

The University of South Carolina College of Social Work is seeking a Program Recruiter to support enrollment objectives across all academic programs. You will focus on outreach, relationship building, lead management, and enrollment support under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Management.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience working with diverse populations, and the ability to manage travel to colleges and conferences.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Creativity in developing strategies for lead generation and nurture.
• Ability to manage time and plan travel schedule to visit colleges and attend conferences.
• Flexibility in scheduling.
• Proficient computer skills with database programs/applications.
• Master's Degree in Social Work and 2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of and interest in marketing, social media, public relations.
