Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking an Enrollment Processor Advanced to join our Installation and Billing Team. You will process member enrollments and use automated systems to ensure accurate billing, while handling new member additions, eligibility updates, and reporting within established production and quality standards.

This role supports a hybrid virtual work model; employees may work remotely but are expected to come into the office when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires basic knowledge of Enrollment Processing systems and procedures.
• Intermediate-Advanced skills creating documents/files using the listed MS Office apps.
• Knowledge of medical plans and benefits.

Your Role

The Installation and Billing Team processes member enrollments to provide access to care for our members and ensure accuracy of billing. The Enrollment Processor Advanced, will report to the Operations Supervisor. In this role you will process member level data and information using automated systems within established production and quality standards, in addition to processing new member additions, eligibility updates and reports within established production and quality standards.

Your Knowledge and Experience
