Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures within Enrollment Processing.
• Knowledge of medical plans and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process member enrollments and related data using automated systems within established production and quality standards.
• Handle new member additions, eligibility updates and reports in a timely manner.
• Support accurate billing information and data integrity for the enrollment and billing teams.
