The ideal candidate will coordinate marketing initiatives, manage events and information sessions, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective families through timely, welcoming communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, education, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in admissions/enrollment, with marketing, communications, events, or community relations experience.
• Experience planning and promoting school events, fundraisers, or community activities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, email marketing platforms, website CMS, Canva, and social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and enrollment initiatives to meet enrollment goals.
• Lead communications, events, and community outreach to generate prospective families.
• Manage school website updates, newsletters, and social media content.
• Plan and execute admissions events, tours, and information sessions.
• Serve as a professional ambassador promoting Naples Classical Academy’s mission.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve the prospective-family experience.
