Job summary

San Luis Obispo Classical Academy is seeking a Director of Admissions and Hospitality to drive enrollment growth, oversee admissions processes, and manage front office staff. The role emphasizes creating a welcoming atmosphere for prospective families and coordinating campus events across campuses.

The position is full-time year-round,-exempt, 40 hours weekly, with benefits and PTO. Reports to the Chief Advancement Officer and leads Admissions Manager and front office staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of admissions or related experience.
• 3+ years of managing direct reports.
• Proficiency in office applications (Google, Pages, Excel, etc.).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment growth with a comprehensive admissions plan through referrals, community outreach, online recruitment, and school connections.
• Engage with families throughout the prospective phase from tour to enrollment, providing excellent customer service.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere and touchpoint for prospective families.
• Plan and execute campus and community events to support enrollment goals.
