Job summary

University of Illinois Chicago seeks a Recruitment Manager for online undergraduate and graduate programs. You will be the primary contact for prospective online students, managing inquiries, advising on admissions, and guiding applicants through the Extended Campus process.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads, evaluate transcripts, discuss costs and financial aid, and represent UIC at events, conferences, and fairs to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, education or related field.
• At least three years of student recruiting or sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Outreach: establish relationships with students and partner organizations.
• Identify events to recruit students and represent the university at college fairs and conferences.
• Assess and interpret student data and report findings to senior leadership.
• Work with marketing to pursue leads and report trends.
