Liberty Classical Schools’ Fayette Classical Academy is seeking an Enrollment Outreach Manager in Fayetteville, GA. The role involves informing families about the application, lottery, enrollment, and registration processes while promoting the school’s mission and culture.

You will conduct outreach events, communicate with prospective families, and coordinate enrollment activities throughout the year. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in a related field is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Charter school experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct parent informational sessions and outreach events.
• Communicate the school mission, curriculum, and culture to prospective families.
• Serve as a point of contact for enrollment questions and policies.
• Coordinate lottery and enrollment processes with Enrollment and External Affairs Director.
• Coordinate new parent and student enrollment/registration activities.
• Manage lottery wait list and synchronize enrollment data.
• Produce enrollment and lottery metric reports.
• Coordinate registration for all new students.
• Maintain digital records and physical files as needed.
• Ensure residency documentation is current and follow up on requirements.
• Support testing administration at the school as needed.
• Onboard new students with the Registrar and process transcripts/records.
