Job summary

Liberty Classical Academy is seeking a Director of Enrollment to lead our enrollment efforts across White Bear Lake and Hugo campuses. You will attract, enroll, and retain families, serving as a relationship-driven ambassador for a Christ-centered, classical education.

Collaborate with the Advancement and Marketing teams to design annual enrollment strategies, while guiding families through tours, meetings, and admissions steps to ensure an exceptional experience.

Liberty Classical Academy is a Christ-centered, classical Preschool-12th grade private school serving approximately 450 students across campuses in White Bear Lake and Hugo, Minnesota. We are seeking a relational, strategic, and mission-driven Director of Enrollment to lead our enrollment efforts and help shape the future growth of Liberty through attracting, enrolling, and retaining families.

As the first point of contact for many prospective families, the Director of Enrollment serves as an ambassador for Liberty Classical Academy, building relationships, communicating the distinctive value of a Christ-centered, classical education, and guiding families through every step of the enrollment journey. Working closely with the Advancement Director, Marketing Director, and school leadership, this individual will help shape Liberty’s enrollment strategy while creating an exceptional experience for every prospective family.

Key Responsibilities

Enrollment Leadership

• Lead the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment and annual re-enrollment.
• Develop and implement strategic enrollment initiatives that support the school’s long-term growth.
• Analyze enrollment trends, retention data, and enrollment forecasts to inform strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records, data, and reports to support informed decision‑making.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the admissions experience to ensure exceptional service for prospective families.

Family Recruitment & Admissions

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective families, providing outstanding service throughout the admissions process.
• Conduct campus tours, parent meetings, student visits, and follow‑up communications.
• Coordinate admissions events, open houses, kindergarten previews, and other prospective family experiences.
• Represent Liberty Classical Academy at churches, community events, and recruitment opportunities as appropriate.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process while partnering with the Finance Office regarding tuition and financial aid questions.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with the Advancement Director and Marketing Director to develop and execute annual enrollment and recruitment strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the Admissions & Recruitment Assistant.
• Partner with school leadership to ensure a seamless transition and welcoming experience for new families.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives that strengthen enrollment, retention, and the overall family experience.
• Participate in occasional evening and weekend events that support admissions and community engagement.

We're looking for someone who is a gifted relationship‑builder, an excellent communicator, and a strategic thinker with a passion for helping families discover the value of classical Christian education.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in admissions, enrollment management, education, customer relationship management, consultative sales, hospitality, or another relationship-focused professional role.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective enrollment strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to Liberty Classical Academy's mission and agreement with the school's Statement of Faith.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading team members.
• Experience with CRM or student information systems (FACTS/RenWeb preferred).
• Experience representing an organization through presentations, tours, or public engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule:Year-round, .9 FTE

Salary:Starting at$49,000, based on experience and qualifications.
