Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree (which may substitute for the 10+ years).
• Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or student-facing support role.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships, network effectively, and represent the college professionally in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the college's recruitment calendar and serve as the primary contact for all recruitment events and requests.
• Represent the college at high schools, community events, fairs, and other outreach functions; arrange coverage as needed.
• Plan and lead campus tours across main and satellite locations.
• Coordinate and facilitate new student orientation each semester to ensure a smooth, welcoming transition.
• Manage student communications and engagement within the ConexED platform - ensuring timely, accurate messaging, clear action items, and up-to-date data.
• Partner with Enrollment Services leadership to design and execute a targeted, semester-based communication and recruitment plan.
• Support dual enrollment outreach and student engagement initiatives.
• Assist Veterans Affairs with outreach to prospective veteran students, benefits application support, and serve as the secondary School Certifying Official.
• Participate in recruitment events, open houses, convocation, committees, and professional development activities.
