Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of coordination across Admissions, Financial Aid, and Quality Control, guiding students from lead to class start.
• Track prospect status through enrollment funnel and follow up on stalled applicants.
• Coordinate hand-offs between the three enrollment departments for timely admissions, financial aid, and quality control steps.
• Maintain direct contact with prospects by phone, email, and in person to guide enrollment.
• Review daily reports and create focus reports for Admissions Representatives.
• Coordinate nurture campaigns, possibly with the marketing company.
• Update internal systems to keep enrollment statuses accurate across platforms.
• Monitor high-payment students to ensure deposits are timely.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for visits, interviews, and tours.
• Ensure prospective students meet NYS Education Dept admissions criteria and funding requirements.
• Make follow-up calls and send correspondence to prospects who have engaged with Apex.
• Review and complete documents to finalize enrollments.
• Participate in professional development and perform other Admissions tasks as needed.
• Assist with recruitment, school, and open house events.
• Identify processes to improve enrollment efficiency.
