Qualifications

3-5+ years of relevant work experience with strong business, financial, and analytical acumen.
Experience extracting and analyzing data sets using SAS, SQL, Python, HANA, Snowflake, or similar systems.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience creating visual tracking dashboards using Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Implement effective change management processes for smooth updates.
Identify process improvements to enhance Retail Energy effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitor daily issues to ensure compliance with practices, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and develop tools with partners.

Prepare and present actionable analysis to support data-driven decisions.
Monitor enrollment dashboards, trends, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
Lead knowledge transfer sessions with team members and cross-functional SMEs.
