Under general supervision, provides the Office of the Registrar with administrative support in enrollment management, record keeping of diplomas/degrees, maintaining student grades, providing enrollment and degree information to National Student Clearinghouse ( NSC ) process student enrollment change request, process academic transcripts and enrollment verification request, fulfill/generate all State and Federal Government required reporting responsibilities. Provides support to academic departments with Office of the Registrar inquires.

Valid Texas Driver’s license preferred.
