The Diocese of San Jose invites applications for a Recruitment, Retention, and Marketing Director at the school level. Under the general supervision of the School Principal, this role plans, leads, and controls the school's recruitment, retention, and marketing programs in support of the mission and goals.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan, managing admissions from inquiry to enrollment, and representing the school in parish and diocesan

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 2–5 years admissions and marketing experience.
• Experience in Catholic education preferred.
• English required; bilingual preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment, retention, and marketing programs.
• Plan Admissions Calendar and campus events.
• Oversee admissions from inquiry to enrollment.
• Represent the school at parish and diocesan meetings.
• Develop social media and website content and communications.

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English)

Excellent written and oral

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing

2–5 years admissions and marketing experience

Catholic education experience preferred
