Responsibilities

• Build an annual enrollment marketing plan to raise awareness among Boston families.
• Define target audiences, neighborhoods, channels, timing, and budget allocation.
• Translate APR programs and opportunities into clear, compelling family messages.
• Develop cohesive campaign concepts and ensure consistent branding across channels.
• Lead messaging, copy, visuals, and asset creation; manage approvals and timelines.
• Oversee enrollment marketing calendar from planning through launch and execution.
• Collaborate with APR teams to gather content and approvals for campaigns.
• Support families through the enrollment funnel from awareness to enrollment.
