Lutheran SeniorLife LIFE Beaver in Center Twp, Beaver County is seeking an Enrollment Manager to lead the Enrollment Department and supervise the Intake Coordinators. The role emphasizes timely enrollment processes, regulatory compliance, and achieving growth and operating targets. This is a full-time position with daytime hours (8:30 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m.). The LIFE program serves Beaver County residents and surrounding areas, offering comprehensive health and social services.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years supervisory experience or equivalent education in health care management.
• At least one year experience with a frail or elderly population.
• Working knowledge of computers, Word and Excel required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the Enrollment Department, including supervision of Intake Coordinator(s).
• Ensure enrollment processes are timely and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Drive growth and operate targets to support LIFE Beaver program.
