Job summary

Summit Public Schools is seeking a strategic Enrollment & Recruitment leader to oversee policies and processes for student enrollment across the network.

The role focuses on developing enrollment strategies, managing data dashboards, and reporting progress to leadership and the board. Travel between campuses and events is expected as part of network-wide recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years work experience; school-site operations experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel between schools and work occasional weeknights and weekends.
• Meet health clearance, and pass the reference, background/criminal checks, per education code.
• Expertise in CRM and Marketing Systems: High proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms).
• Data Fluency: Experience using data visualization tools to analyze recruitment trends and report on campaign ROI.
• Proficiency in Google Platforms, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.

• Leads and supports in-person school and network-wide recruitment and enrollment activities & events.
