Job summary

SAN-Ysidro-Health's ThePACE Senior Manager of Enrollment leads outreach, enrollment operations, and retention efforts for the San Diego PACE program. You will oversee a team of outreach and enrollment staff, coordinate with program directors, and partner with housing and service providers to meet growth targets.

This role requires collaboration with internal departments, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and the ability to analyze enrollment data and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or closely related field is required.
• Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment and marketing activities to meet participant growth goals.
• Oversee enrollment processing, qualification screening, and housing partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with program capacity and community needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources to drive enrollment.

Education
