Drury University seeks a Recruiter/Advisor to lead regional enrollment growth and provide academic advising for teacher education students in Mid Missouri, including St. Robert and Fort Leonard Wood locations with travel up to adjacent counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a higher education, business, or related field; 3–5 years overseeing a campus or center.
• Experience managing a satellite campus or department within higher education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus enrollment and retention initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.
• Develop education partnerships with local/regional business and industry.
• Maintain relationships with K-12 schools and coordinate practicum/placement processes.
• Coordinate student teaching applications and placements; monitor prerequisites and progress.
• Oversee campus operations including budgeting and facilities maintenance.
• Advise St. Robert students on academics and financial aid; perform duties of Field and Clinical Experience Coordinator.
