Job summary

Walden University is seeking a Manager, Enrollment to lead and develop the enrollment team, meet enrollment budgets, and participate in hiring processes. They will have authority to initiate disciplinary action and conduct performance reviews for advisors and team leads.

The role involves daily management of the enrollment functions, coaching staff, and collaborating with other managers to implement best practices and new enrollment strategies while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least four years of work experience in customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Work well with both customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily functions of their enrollment team.
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Coach, mentor and train enrollment advisors.
• Work with other managers to develop best practices.
• Perform quarterly reviews and submit annual reviews for approval.
• Help with interviewing and hiring of new enrollment staff.
• Help develop new strategies for enrollment department.
• Collaborate on committees and teams within the organization.
• Communicate new policies and changes impacting enrollment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
